This appeal involves a suit brought by plaintiff-appellant, Calvin Derek Moody ("Moody") against his insurance carrier, Nationwide
Mutual Insurance Company ("Nationwide") under 21 Del.C. § 2118 for recovery of "No Fault" Personal Injury Protection
("PIP") benefits for lost wages and medical expenses resulting from his injury in an automobile accident. Moody appeals a
decision of the Superior Court granting a directed verdict against him based on his failure to present sufficient evidence
of lost wages upon which a jury could return a verdict in his favor. We conclude that Moody presented sufficient evidence
to justify submission of his claim to the jury. Accordingly, the decision of the Superior Court is reversed. I
