Appeal by plaintiff from a judgment setting aside a jury verdict in the amount of $2,000 and substituting therefor a verdict for nominal damages only, against defendant, in the amount of $75.00. Plaintiff asks that the verdict of the jury be reinstated. Defendant contends that there is no evidence to support the jurys verdict, and that an award of $75.00 is not an award for nominal damages, and asks that it be set aside and a judgment be given against it for the sum of $1 only.
